Sometimes it’s irritating to look for new recipes… ah, another pasta! Wow, you toasted the walnuts?! Ooooh, sirarcha on those veggies? Who could have thought of this!?!? <insert giant eye roll> Don’t get me wrong, I love toasted walnuts, and good, staple recipes… but sometimes it can all feel a bit uninspiring.

Maybe this is why I just had to try this recipe. It’s different. It grabs a bunch of my favorite ingredients and puts them together in a way I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. It’s fresh, bright, and addictive. One of my favorite neighbor kids popped in and requested it just a few days ago – he’s hooked too!
